Latin urban artist Christian Rohena Rodríguez is better known as Elx. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, he entered the world of music at the age of 14 when he visited a music studio for the first time. His influences are R&B, Ballads, Dancehall and Reggaeton.

 

In 2019 he performed the song "Infiel" with the superstar Rauw Alejandro and

Brytiago, a collaboration that changed his professional career. The success of

"Infiel" is powerful, and to date it has more than 58 million streams and has been certified by the RIAA as Platinum. In 2020 he released his first album titled "Yo Soy Eix" where he had collaborations with Eladio Carrión, Rauw Alejandro, Brytiago, Darkiel, Valentino,

Cauty and Lary Over, among others.

 

During 2021, he released several singles under the distribution of Virgin Music and was the opening act for Rauw Alejandro's world tour, where he had the opportunity to perform at more than 70 sold-out shows. In 2022 he has released several songs by acclaimed producer Maffio, including "60 Segundos" with De La Ghetto and his most recent hit

"When I See You" with Beele.

Eix is part of the Duars Entertainment family, one of the most influential independent urban music labels in Puerto Rico and Latin America in general, and which has in its catalog important names in the current Latin urban scene such as Darell, Sanchez, Eix , Sie7e, among others.
